Harbin Terrace Construction

Project Overview: A waterproofing and site improvement project is currently underway on the Harbin terrace.

Impact: This project will have minimal impacts to residents. Residents can expect to see a construction fence on Harbin terrace during the duration of the project.

Timeline: The project is expected to be completed in mid August 2024. Project hours are from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. with quiet hours (below 50db) until 9 a.m on Monday-Friday.

Improvements: 

  • Synthetic turf on the terrace
  • New outdoor furnishings including planters, modular seating, lighting and shade structures

July 23 Update: Beginning Tuesday, July 23, the main entrance of Harbin 103 will be blocked off by fencing for approximately three weeks as part of ongoing construction. An alternate route through the main entrance of Harbin Hall is highlighted in the plan below.
