Harbin Terrace Construction

Project Overview: A waterproofing and site improvement project is currently underway on the Harbin terrace.

Impact: This project will have minimal impacts to residents. Residents can expect to see a construction fence on Harbin terrace during the duration of the project.

Timeline: The project is expected to be completed in mid August 2024.

Work hours for this project are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with quiet hours until 9 a.m.

Improvements:

Synthetic turf on the terrace
New outdoor furnishings including planters, modular seating, lighting and shade structures
