About Us

Georgetown University Maintenance Services is responsible for maintaining the University’s buildings, infrastructure, and critical systems in support of academic, residential, research, athletic, and administrative operations across more than 6.4 million square feet of campus facilities.

Maintenance Services provides comprehensive 24/7 maintenance and operational support for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural, utility, building automation, key control, physical security, and access control systems throughout the University.

In partnership with faculty, staff, students, campus stakeholders, and external partners, Maintenance Services delivers safe, reliable, and customer-focused facility operations that advance Georgetown University’s commitment to academic excellence, research, student success, service, and community engagement. Through preventive maintenance, emergency response, operational support, and responsible stewardship of Georgetown University assets, and help create an environment where the Georgetown community can learn, work, discover, and thrive.
