Planned Heating, Cooling and Hot Water Outage in Building D
Start: Saturday, Sept. 12, 3 a.m.
End: Saturday, Sept. 12, 6 p.m.
Impact: From 3 a.m. to 6 p.m., there will be no heating or hot water in the building. Cold water will still be accessible, including for bathrooms and sinks. You will be unable to use autoclaves during this outage. Alternative autoclave locations are: Pre-Clinical Science Building, Room GCD-7J and Medical-Dental Building, NW-401.
Additionally, from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., there will be no cooling, heating or ventilation in the building. Due to the lack of air circulation during this outage, all laboratory work with hazardous materials is prohibited from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Sept. 12.
