Road Closure Affecting Canal Road and Southwest Quad Garage
Start: Friday, Sept. 25, 6 p.m.
End: Saturday, Sept. 26, 3 a.m.
Impact: A Jesuit exhaust fan rigging system replacement is scheduled to take place on Friday, Sept. 25, from 6 p.m. to approximately 3 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26. Canal Road will be completely closed in both directions during this time. SWQ parkers will be able to exit the garage only from the P1 level and can take the West Roadway or turn right onto North Road and exit onto Prospect Street. GUTS buses will be rerouted through Prospect St., but will still pick up and drop off passengers at the McDonough Bus Turnaround.
