Planned Power, Hot Water and Heating Outage in Dahlgren Memorial Library, Pre-Clinical and Basic Science Buildings
Start: Tuesday, Oct. 6, 12 a.m.
End: Tuesday, Oct. 6, 6 a.m.
Impact: From 12:00 a.m. to 6 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 6, there will be an outage affecting heating and hot water in both buildings. Cold water will still be accessible, including for bathrooms and sinks. Additionally, there will be a power outage lasting approximately two hours between 1:30 and 3:30 a.m. Any laboratory work requiring hot water is prohibited for the duration of the outage. Additionally, autoclaves will be unavailable for use during the outage. Alternative autoclave locations include Building D, Room 240 and Medical-Dental Building, NW-401.
