Henle Village Redevelopment

Georgetown University has partnered with American Campus Communities and JMA to replace Henle Village with a larger, sustainable, accessible apartment complex for undergraduate students. The project includes student lounges, wellness spaces, common areas, and green spaces open to the entire university community.

New Flagship Building on Georgetown Law Campus

Daniel Tsai, L‘79, chairman of the Fubon Group, has donated $30 million to Georgetown Law. This contribution will support the construction of a new 200,000 ft. state-of-the-art academic building on the Law campus.

Sarah and Bernard Gewirz Student Center Redevelopment Project

Georgetown’s Downtown Campus Achieves Major Sustainability Milestone

The university’s downtown residential building at 55 H St. NW has earned a LEED Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, the first building at Georgetown to achieve the highest LEED certification.

55 H St. NW joins a growing list of buildings at Georgetown that are LEED-certified.

Our Graduate Student Housing, 55 H Street, was recently nominated by the Washington Business Journal’s 2023 Best Real Estate Deals as the “Best Sustainable Development.” The building hosts graduate students with housing and services during their journey in Washington, D.C.
