Nikhitha Arnipalli is a construction and project management professional currently working as an Assistant Project Manager at Georgetown University. She holds a Master of Science degree in Building Construction and Facility Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor’s in Architecture.

Nikhitha began her career at Georgetown University as an intern in June 2024, and in August 2024, she successfully transitioned into her current role. In this capacity, she manages small-scale projects and contributes to larger initiatives, from concept to completion. Prior to joining GU, Nikhitha worked at the Georgia Tech Police Department, where she applied her interest in space planning, sustainability, and fostering collaborative team environments.

Outside of her professional work, Nikhitha is an inquisitive artist with a passion for painting and sketching. This creative pursuit fuels her imagination and enhances her approach to problem-solving and design.
