Cabrina Howard

Bio: Cabrina Howard is a project management professional with a BS in Facilities Management from Temple University. Originally from Philadelphia, she began her career as an Engineering Technician, designing city streets and contributing to complex, multidisciplinary projects. She later moved to the DMV area and transitioned into the hospitality industry, supporting large-scale hotel renovations and building a strong foundation in operational efficiency and stakeholder coordination.

Cabrina later expanded into the biomedical field, assisting with small to mid-size technical projects requiring precise scheduling, safety awareness, and cross-functional collaboration. In addition to her project management experience, she is also a licensed real estate agent, further strengthening her knowledge of building systems, property management, and client-focused communication.

Today, Cabrina leverages her diverse background to support project planning, communication, and execution for the team across all phases of work.
