BIO: Liz earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Tulane University and a Masters in Business Administration from Georgetown University with a certificate in Sustainable Business. After three years as an international offshore well test engineer for Schlumberger in Europe and Africa, Liz joined Georgetown University in 2019 as part of the Facilities Management team. She developed various workflows to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities involving collaboration across multiple stakeholders. As part of the Engineering and Utilities team, she focuses on energy efficiency projects through the Georgetown Energy Partner (GEP) called Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) or Building and Energy Systems Optimization (BESO) projects. She also manages utility projects that upgrade infrastructure and the #EnergizeGU campaign, encouraging the Georgetown community to learn about energy on campus. She is a Certified Energy Manager and Certified Measurement and Verification Professional, and obtained her Project Management Certificate from Georgetown University in 2021.
