Upcoming Kober-Cogan Fence Installation, Mon. Jan. 15

Dear Members of the Georgetown University Community,

As a follow-up to our construction communication last month, we would like to inform you about the installation of an interim safety and security fence and screen around the Kober-Cogan building and parts of Parking Lot A on Monday, January 15th.  

The fence is the first phase of the abatement and razing of Kober-Cogan to prepare for the new MedStar Medical/Surgical Pavilion construction. Construction will begin each day at 7:00 a.m. and conclude no later than 7:00 p.m. The project will adhere to the quiet hours agreed upon in the agreement, with minimal noise from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, and 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. on Saturdays. 

Ongoing updates will be communicated on a regular basis. Thank you for your patience and understanding during construction activities.
