Downtown residence Hall at 55 H St., near both the Georgetown University Law Center and the School of Continuing Studies. The building accommodates 470 graduate students and offers a closer location to many D.C. neighborhoods, including Capitol Hill. The project has different accommodations that are fully furnished and include full kitchens, dishwasher, in-unit washer-dryers, utilities included, penthouse fitness and community center, and parking option.
