Allison is a licensed Interior Architect with a Masters of Science in Real Estate and Development (MRED) having over 20 years of experience in planning, real estate development, design and construction management of new buildings and interior renovations. Over her career, she has overseen development of 2,600 residential apartment units throughout the country and influenced the design of 500K SF of residential amenity space. She has successfully delivered a total of over 20M SF of tenant interior space by controlling costs, ensuring that project schedules are met and maintaining timely collaboration among the various stakeholders. Allison holds a Bachelors of Interior Architecture degree, with a minor in Business Administration from Ohio University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to unique places, skiing, and spending time with her family.
