BIO: Bret joined the Georgetown University Capital Projects team as a Project Manager in October 2024. He spent the last decade as a construction management professional with a general contractor overseeing new construction multifamily and hospitality projects in the greater Washington, DC area. Bret, a LEED accredited professional, grew up in Pittsburgh, PA, and later graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, before settling in DC. Bret is a computer hobbyist and semi–consistent runner in his free time, and can often be found taste testing restaurants with his wife Bonnie in and around their Adams Morgan neighborhood, where they reside with their cat Ned.
