PEDRO ARRUPE S.J. RESIDENCE HALL

Project Completed 2016:  New semi-suite residential building providing 225 beds on floors 2 through 8, a first floor residential lobby and living/learning area, and basement mechanical and support space.

THOMPSON ATHLETIC CENTER

Project Completed 2016:  The new 128,832 square foot athletic center houses the Men’s and Women’s Basketball programs as well as other majority varsity sport programs, including new practice courts, locker rooms, team meeting rooms, and team lounge areas, new weight training facility and sports medicine/training room to support all 29 varsity sports.

CHILLER 9 PLANT

Project Completed 2016: Upgrades to the university’s Utility Plant to provide chilled water and other utilities to new buildings on campus.

MCDONOUGH BUS TURNAROUND

Project Completed 2016: A bus turnaround for four GUTS bus routes (Dupont, Rosslyn, Arlington, and Law Center) with an expanded pedestrian plaza, new bus shelters, and new green space.

Project Completed 2015: Interior renovations to transform the historic former Jesuit residences into the new home for the Spirit of Georgetown Residential Academy, an undergraduate living and learning community.
