Rabia Shinaishin

Accessibility Program Manager

BIO: Rabia joined Georgetown University in January 2025 as the Accessibility Program Manager for Capital Projects. A Registered Architect, she brings a strong background in healthcare architecture and physical accessibility planning from her work with architectural firms prior to joining the Georgetown community. In her current role at Georgetown, Rabia focuses on improving campus accessibility within the built environment through her work with Capital Projects. She serves as a key resource to the team and the broader university on physical accessibility improvements. She is also helping to develop a prioritization framework to guide accessibility enhancements across campus through current and future Capital Projects initiatives.
