BIO: Rachel Kohli came on board in 2022 as the Assistant Director of Project Administration for Capital Projects. She has spent the last 15 years as a planner and project manager across a diverse portfolio of projects, from the High Line construction in New York City, to the Cameron Indoor expansion at Duke University in Durham, NC, and station enhancements at Union Station in Washington, DC.
