Harbin Hall Terrace Improvement Project

We are writing to inform you of an improvement project on the Harbin terrace that began this week. 

This waterproofing and site improvement project will have minimal impacts to residents. Residents can expect to see a construction fence on Harbin terrace during the duration of the project. Some minor noise may occur as a result of the work. Work hours for this project are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with quiet hours until 9 a.m.

This project will improve Harbin terrace as a student gathering space, and will add new synthetic turf and outdoor furnishings.
