Harbin Terrace Construction
Project Overview
A waterproofing and site improvement project is underway on the Harbin Terrace. The first phase of this project has been completed and all of the fencing has been removed. The terrace is now open and fully operational.
Impact
The additional phases of this project are expected to have minimal impacts. Community members can expect to see a construction fence on portions of the Harbin Terrace on and off until completion in August 2025. Additional impacts to Harbin residents will be communicated as needed.

The project was completed during Summer 2025 and spread out in several phases, outlined below.

Waterproofing and structural repairs have been completed. Movable site furniture has been added.
Phase 3
Completed
In the third phase, additional paving, planting, and site furnishing were added to the east side of the terrace. WiFi and security cameras have also been added.
Site Improvements
- Synthetic turf on the terrace
- New outdoor furnishings including planters, modular seating, lighting and shade structures
